Ron has been a Hair Designer for over 35 years. He holds a BS Degree in both Psychology and Biology from CUNY @ Brooklyn College and SUNY @ Stony Brook University. Early in his career, Mr. Baron was the Director of Education for the largest professional hair color company in the world, located in Paris, France. Ron wrote their encyclopedia on hair color theory, showcasing their entire hair color line. Mr. Baron visited multiple counties where he was trained in advanced cutting and coloring techniques at the distributorship level, as well as privately. Ron opened an innovative salon and day spa on the east coast at a time when day spas were first making their appearance. His team of professionals served the community for over a decade before he had decided to move to Arizona. Ron returns to Arizona after having been a resident in Paradise Valley for 14 years. He enjoys giving men and women a ‘feel great’ hair experience with a beautiful color and a hair design to be proud of. Mr. Baron also enjoys a good challenge. So if life throws you a curve ball and leaves you with a ‘hair disaster’ which needs serious correction services, Ron is the guy for color correction! By the time you’ve grown tired or bored with wearing the same hair design, Ron is usually about 6 months ahead of schedule. He will have thought up a couple of options for new looks which will help you to feel re-energized and current. After winning first place at his school and overall first place at the inter-school competition, an outside competition coach was hired to train Ron to compete in the International Beauty Competition at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, Ron went on to compete for in styling competitions for the next year and a half and collected four first place and one second place trophies. Ron’s team of spa professionals had provided services for various community causes throughout the years. One of Mr. Barons favorite charities was the Angel Connection, which was a non-profit organization that helped children with aids and their families. Ron’s hours are by appointment and mutually convenient times are guaranteed!

After receiving your first awesome hair design from Ron, you will receive three ‘Refer a Friend’ cards that will allow you to enjoy your next three haircuts for FREE as a thank you. Once you are convinced that Ron is your ‘go to’ for your hair, you will have the opportunity for another two free cuts. (That is almost 1 years worth of free hair cuts incredible hair cuts!)
